Standard Delivery Information

Stock permitting, all orders are usually dispatched within 2 working days, to arrive with customers within 7 - 10 working days. If we are temporarily out of stock, we will inform you of the delay and arrange an alternative dispatch date.

Delivery Service

The majority of our orders are dispatched through a courier service and require a signature on receipt. We recommend that you let us know any special requirements or information regarding the successful delivery of your item.

Delivery Costs

Delivery is charged at £4.95 on all orders in the UK regardless of size, weight or the number of packages.

This includes delivery throughout the United Kingdom but excludes the Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and the Channel Islands. Please contact us for delivery costs to the Scottish Highlands & Islands and Northern Ireland as delivery price is calculated dependant on location.

Although we endeavour to dispatch complete orders in one consignment, we may from time to time need to send orders via multiple packages, which may result in orders being delivered on different dates.

If you'd like to have items sent to separate addresses, please complete a separate order for each address. A separate delivery charge will be made for each address. We cannot guarantee delivery within our usual timescales to a small number of remote rural areas.

Please note: your first order placed with us will only be delivered to the registered billing address associated with the credit / debit card that is used for payment.

Christmas and Bank Holidays

If you place an order on a Bank Holiday it will not be processed and dispatched until the first business day following the bank holidays at the earliest.

During periods of severe weather conditions our delivery times can be longer. We aim to keep our customers informed and updated on the progress of their orders as often as we can. If you require an update on the progress of your order please contact us.

If you require a product urgently during severe weather conditions and bank holiday times please contact us first for an up-to-date stock and delivery estimate.
