Refunds and Returns
Returning a Product
To return a product, simply download and print our Returns Form, complete the relevant sections as marked and return it with your product when you send it back to us.
Please Note: Failure to complete / include the Returns Form may result in delays with processing your claim. It is recommended that you obtain a proof of posting to aid us in processing your return. Your order will be assessed by our returns team as soon as it is returned, however it may take up to 14 days for your order to be refunded.
Packaging and Posting Item
When returning an item please make sure it is returned in its original packaging, preferably unopened and in a dry, clean, sanitary state.
Please make sure that all items are returned in appropriate and secure packaging.
You may return any unwanted item within 30 days for a refund excluding initial postage costs. If the item is returned unopened within 7 days of receiving it, you will receive a full refund including initial postage costs. For unwanted items the buyer is responsible for return postage costs, this will not be refunded.
We will refund your account once we have received and processed the item.
Certain products are excluded from our returns policy due to health and safety and hygiene reasons. These include - razors, toiletries including (without limitation) body lotions, creams, shower gel, shampoo, liquid soaps, shaving cream or gift sets including any of these items.
In these cases we will only refund the initial postage if the item is returned within 7 days and unopened.
Faulty or Damaged
If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged please contact us by email email@example.com or telephone us on 08450 525 125 with your order or invoice number. We will then advise you whether we can send a replacement part or whether the whole item needs to be replaced.
If you do need the whole item replacing, please download and complete a Returns Form and return it with the faulty item. We will either replace or refund the item at your preference. We will also refund the return postage. Please send us a copy of your return postage receipt or confirmation to avoid delays in processing your refund.
Duplicate or Incorrect Item
If you receive a duplicate or incorrect item please contact us by email firstname.lastname@example.org or telephone us on 08450 525 125 with your order or invoice number. You may return any duplicate or incorrect item sent to you as a result of our error for a full refund.
If the fault lies with Roman at Home we will refund your return postage costs.
