This Sunday, the 26th October, the clocks will go back one hour at 2am, so we can enjoy an extra hour in bed. When the clocks go back this means the evenings will be darker but the mornings will be lighter.
It is easy to remember whether the clocks go forward or back with the old saying –
“Spring forward, fall back”.
