Delivery
Stock permitting, all orders are usually
despatched within 2 working days, to arrive with customers within 7 - 10
working days. If we are temporarily out of stock, we
will inform you of the delay and arrange an alternative despatch date.
Delivery is charged at £4.95 on all orders regardless of size, weight or the number of packages. This includes delivery throughout the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland but excludes the Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and the Channel Islands. Although we endeavour to despatch complete orders in one consignment, we may from time to time need to send orders via multiple packages, which may result in orders being delivered on different dates.
If you'd like to have items sent to separate addresses, please complete a separate order for each address. A separate delivery charge will be made for each address. We cannot guarantee delivery within our usual timescales to a small number of remote rural areas.
