I received an item as a gift but the item is too small
The person who ordered the item must download a Returns Form and return with the item. Alternatively email info@romanathome.com or telephone us on 08450 525 125 with your order or invoice number and we will post a returns form out.
Can I pick a delivery date
Yes when you place your order tell us when it is convenient to send. Please complete the details in the special instructions box when placing your order.
How do I return my item?

The item was damaged in the post
Please email info@romanathome.com or telephone us on 08450 525 125 with your order or invoice number. Depending on the size of the item, we may need proof of damage i.e. the item may either need to be returned, or we may need photos, before we can send out a replacement.

Why do I have to pay more for postage when Royal Mail delivers to me in the Shetlands?
