How do I return my item?
Please download and complete a Returns Form and return with the item. Alternatively email info@romanathome.com or telephone us on 08450 525 125 with your order or invoice number and we will post a returns form out.
The item was damaged in the post
Please email info@romanathome.com or telephone us on 08450 525 125 with your order or invoice number. Depending on the size of the item, we may need proof of damage i.e. the item may either need to be returned, or we may need photos, before we can send out a replacement.
I'm missing screws / parts for my item
Please email info@romanathome.com or telephone us on 08450 525 125 with your order or invoice number and we will send out the screws or missing parts.
What if I don't like my item?
You have 7 days to return unopened, unwanted items for a refund. Please download and complete a Returns Form and return with the unwanted item.
Alternatively email info@romanathome.com or telephone us on 08450 525 125 with your order or invoice number and we will post a returns form out.
The item you sent me was faulty
The item may not need to be sent back, as we may be able to send out a replacement part. Please email info@romanathome.com or telephone us on 08450 525 125 with your order or invoice number. We can then advise you as to whether we can send out a replacement part, or whether the whole item needs to be replaced.
If you do need the whole item replaced, please download and complete a Returns Form and return it with the faulty item. We will either replace or refund the item at your preference. We will also refund the return postage.
